Avtodor-Invest, a subsidiary of the Russian Highways (Avtodor) state corporation, intends by the end of this year to submit up to five projects for the development of transport infrastructure in Russian regions.
“The objective for 2017 is to enter the market and begin to cooperate with the regions on regional projects. At present, we have several projects in the portfolio. These are all sorts of bridge crossings, several projects associated with the construction of toll railway crossings and a number of bypasses of cities. We expect that by the end of the year, about five regional projects will be announced, in which Avtodor-Invest will take part. The total investment will be not less than 50 billion rubles,” — General Director of Avtodor-Invest, Alexander Kondrashov, told reporters during the IV international forum of investors and operators of transport infrastructure held in Sochi on Thursday.
However, Mr. Kondrashov did not name specific projects.
