Kalashnikov concern is studying the possibility of issuing debut Russian bonds, three sources in the financial market told Interfax news agency.
“Currently, Kalashnikov pre-negotiates with potential organizers and investors the possibility of issuing Russian bonds,” one of the agency’s interlocutors said.
“Kalashnikov is a hard borrower, primarily because of the sanctions. A final decision on bond issue and the structure of the transaction is still pending,” - another source noted.
“Since Kalashnikov has never had bonds before, the debut volume of placement is hardly to exceed 3-5 billion rubles,” – one more source in the financial market pointed out.
The press office of Kalashnikov concern declined to comment on this information.
