Until 2021, a tourist complex and new ski trail will be built in Kurtat gorge in the Russian North Caucasian Republic of North Ossetia, according to JSC Development Corporation of North Caucasus.
“The first stage (from 2017 to 2018) of the project includes the construction of a hotel for 50 rooms. Its cost is estimated at more than a billion rubles. Implementation will allow to increase the number of tourists up to 38,600 people per year, and the volume of paid tourist services – up to 133,7 million rubles annually,” - the message reads.
“The project is implemented in two stages. From 2019 to 2021 it is expected to put into operation a ski trail with ski lifts of a gondola type, with a total length of 1.5 kilometers and the capacity of 1,200 people per hour,” the company adds.
The tourist complex will include a restaurant, summer café with terrace, conference hall, spa, recreation area, children's room, a barber shop.
