Two courts agreed with the decision of the Kaluga regional department of Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service on bringing to administrative responsibility of JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Obninsk, incorporated in PJSC Gazprom, the agency’s press office reports on Monday.
The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has fined JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Obninsk for 817,740 rubles under part 2 of article 14.31 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (abuse of a dominant position in the market of natural monopoly).
The violation consisted in the fact that the gas company has avoid from the renewal of technical conditions to a consumer in connection with the change of the land plot owner, as required by the rules of capital constructions’ connection to gas distribution networks.
The company disagreed with the agency’s decision and challenged it in court.
