Primorsky Entertainment Resorts City, a subsidiary of Cambodian NagaCorp Ltd, has embarks on an active phase of construction of Mayak hotel and entertainment complex, the second gaming object in Primorye gambling zone in Russia.
As the press office of the Primorye regional administration reports, a Vice-Governor of the region, Evgeny Polansky, inspected the progress of construction work on Wednesday.
“I hope that in the second half of this year, we will see tangible results in the construction activities and there will be no departure from a schedule,” he noted.
Originally, earthworks at the site were launched in November 2016, but after some valuable archeological artifacts had been discovered at the allotted plot, the investor had to carry out their excavation and conservation. The cost of the works amounted to almost 29 million rubles.
