$7m Ice Palace needs to be built in Russian city of Vladimir

The Vladimir city authorities have announced a tender for the selection of a contractor to build a new Ice Palace, construction of which has to begin in May.




According to the tender documentation published on Tuesday on the website of public purchases, the construction of an athletic-training center for ice hockey and fancy skating was estimated at almost 400 million rubles ($7 million).

Thus, the tender is scheduled for the 10th of May. The construction activities must start the next day after the contract signing and should take no longer than 15,5 months.

The sports center will be erected with the address at Lenina Prospekt, 79. The ground floor of the facility will house a sports hall with an ice arena, an exhibition hall, a gym and a locker room. A choreographic room, café and a number of administrative premises will be located on the second floor.
