First Wood Primorye, a Japanese company, intends to become a resident of Vladivostok Free Port, located in the Russian Far East, and develop a villa community in the Primorye Territory.
As Construction.RU was told by the regional press office, this company has already been carrying out construction activities at a site of a residential multi-storey house in Vladivostok. The Japanese entity has also purchased a timber terminal in Slavyanka bay, on the basis of which the company plans to erect a wood processing factory.
This year, the company’s owners are willing to acquire a large plot of land in a suburb of Vladivostok and launch the construction of an elite villa community there.
