Gurbag Group, a Turkish construction company, is considering entering the Russian market and looking for projects in the Crimea, the CEO of the company Cevdet Evgar told Rambler News agency on Thursday.
“We wish to be here, if there is such possibility”, — he noted. Mr. Evgar specified that the company was considering projects in the field of the construction of airports, roads, bridges, as well as mass residential development.
Gurbag Group is among 250 world’s largest construction companies. The company has built the sections of the Istanbul metro, IKEA shopping centers in Turkey, tunnels, dams, bridges, and acts as a major contractor for building projects in Iraq, where it has implemented 17 projects for 10 years.
