Property of AkvaGroup, a holding based in the Kemerovo region, which is owned by LLC Akvamarket and LLC Prodlyuks, was put on auction on the 6th of June at a starting price of 944,2 million rubles.
According to materials published on the website of Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, 16 non-residential premises in the cities of Kemerovo, Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Osinniki and Topki owned by Akvamarket were put on auction within a lot with a starting price of 587,5 million roubles.
A lot with a starting price of 194 million rubles includes six non-residential premises in Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk belonging to Proluxe.
There will also be an auction for the sale of Akvamarket building with an area of 1,877 square meters in the city of Belovo (the Kemerovo region). It’s initial price amounts to 38 million rubles.
