Acceleration of the Kerch Bridge construction required changes to the timing of rail access commissioning, and program of railway infrastructure development in the Azov-Black Sea basin may be completed in 2019, a year ahead of schedule, Kommersant reports on Friday.

According to the newspaper, 22.6 billion rubles ($390 million) of budget investments are not enough for that, and the program itself has got more expensive, which cost increased by 11 billion rubles.

Earlier, additional funds were planned to be collected from Mezhdurechensk-Taishet railway section, postponing the completion of the project, but the miners managed to defend the terms of the construction.

The program of development of railway infrastructure of the Azov-Black Sea basin planned to be completed early in 2019 instead of 2020, which changes the structure of its financing.
