The Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Construction of Russia has an idea of how to solve the debt problem in the Housing and Utility department.
Amendments to laws on the settlement of the problem of debt in housing and communal services, which has already reached nearly one trillion rubles, has been developed by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities.
As was told to deputies in the State Duma by the Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, who addressed them with the report, an increase of debt for utilities is a headache for housing and communal services. The problem of debt will be solved with the adoption of these amendments. The document is about system defaulters who are engaged in municipal dependence, including the so-called "not disconnected" consumers who have become the main debtors.
