Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov has decided to sell the shopping gallery "Fashion Season" in downtown Moscow. He wants $350 million for this property, "Kommersant" points out.
Among the potential buyers are the Gutserievs-Shishkhanov family and the American fund Hines. The official vendor of the asset is a company affiliated with Kerimov, Austen Global. The total area of the shopping gallery, including Chanel, Escada, Canali etc., is 40.7 thousand sq. m, of which 28.5 thousand sq. m is rentable.
The gallery is visited by 6 million people per year. The sale of this asset, according to specialists, is further evidence of the termination of Suleiman Kerimov’s business in Russia.
