The draft bill on a 5-year, 75% preference for property tax for a number of organizations was presented to the Moscow Municipal Duma by the Moscow Mayor, Sergei Sobyanin.

As Construction.ru was told by the press service of the Moscow City Government, this measure will cover industrial, scientific and other organizations that lease less than 20% of their property for offices and trade. This preference is aimed at supporting the city’s economy.
