Acting Governor of the region Sergei Sitnikov and Vice-President of Chinese SANY Heavy Industry Co Dai Xinghua signed the minutes of deliberations on the construction of an automobile road around Kaluga with a bridge across the Volga.
As the regional press office reports, the highway and the bridge are to be built on the PPP basis. The regional authorities are reserving the lots for the construction. The cost of work on construction sites will reach 26 billion rubles. The Chinese business sees good prospects of investing in this fast developing Russian region.
