Representatives of Chinese corporation “Conch” and the regional Development corporation signed an agreement on the construction and operation of a cement-producing plant for 50 bln rubles.
As Ulianovsk Governor Sergei Morozov told RIA Novosti, the project will be implemented in three stages. The work at the construction site will start very soon. “As far as the deposit is concerned, everything is arranged. The engineering infrastructure is ready; nothing prevents us from starting the construction in the nearest time”, he stressed.
