The construction of the largest perinatal center in Russia, designed for 10,000 childbirths (the highest index in the country) a year has started in Surgut.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the territory for the construction is already fenced off and preparatory work has been completed. 137 reinforced concrete piles have been immersed into the foundation of the first of three future diagnostic and treatment units.
On the completion of works at the construction site by 2018, the object will have three 9 story buildings with a total area of 62,000 m2. It will serve up to 60,000 patients a year.
The project is implemented on the basis of PPP.
