A Japanese investor has decided to build a large-scale greenhouse complex for $20m in the Vladivostok suburbs.
As Construction.ru was told by the Primorye government’s press office, the first stage of the project includes the construction of a hothouse facility with an area of 2-3 hectares. The Japanese company expects regional authorities to assist in the choice of a partner and the allocation of land. The Primorye authorities are also interested in expanding hothouse farms and imported foodstuff replacement. The Primorye investment agency has been assigned to support the project.
