Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on peculiarities of conclusion and implementation of the government contracts on execution of design and engineering survey work, construction and reconstruction of the objects, which require overhaul.
Yesterday, this document was published on the official website of legal information.
According to the document, a contract on execution of design and engineering survey work should envisage transition of exclusive rights for the results of work to the Russian Federation, regional and municipal authorities, on behalf of which the state or municipal consumer acts.
Simultaneously, the Russian government is granted the right to establish kind and volume of work on the construction, reconstruction of the overhaul objects, which a contractor is obliged to execute on his own, without other companies’ involvement.
