Russian Construction Ministry jointly with public organizations will prepare a builders’ rating, the Construction Minister, Mikhail Menn, told reporters on Wednesday at PROEstate international investment forum, as our special correspondent, Alexey Nevsky, reports from the ground.
Mikhail Menn reminded that a legislation regulating the charge for a co-funded construction compensation fund would be adopted by State Duma (Russian Parliament) as early as this autumn. In accordance with the legislation, the amount of payment will be determined depending on the builder’s rating.
Also, the Minister said that the Directorate-General for State Environmental Review and FAI Federal Center for Pricing in Construction and Construction Materials’ Industry are soon to be united, because the first one has too extensive scope of duties.
According to him, the pricing reform, which is already underway, stipulates a quarterly monitoring of the prices for construction resources. However, FAI Federal Center for Pricing in Construction and Construction Materials’ Industry isn’t able to cope with this task on its own.
