The RF State Duma deputies have adopted in the third, final reading, a bill draft providing all citizens of the Russian Federation with the right for free housing privatization for an unlimited term.
For the bill draft to come to the effect, it must be adopted by the Federation Council and signed by RF President. Then it should be published in “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
To remind you, according to the current law, free housing privatization in Russia is to complete on March 1st, 2017. There was a lot of sharp discussion whether privatization should be prolonged.
