The Moscow authorities have announced a public tender for the development of Petrovka Street, Petrovsky Liniyi Street and Rakhmanov Side Street.
As announced on the 28th of March on the website of public purchases, the initial minimum price of the contract is 1.313 bln roubles. The winner will have to carry out repairs on the pavement as well as the pedestrian areas and parking lots. Beside this, it will be necessary to install 70 ramps and over 150 bicycle parking facilities.
The project also involves the development of the area – planting maple trees and bushes, arranging flower gardens, and repairing the buildings’ facades and roofs on Petrovka Street. Bids are being accepted until the 15th of April.
This tender is offered within the framework of the “Moya Ulitsa” project’s realization. 147 km of pedestrian areas were developed in 2015 according to the project. This year, 70 streets and major highways are planned to be reconstructed.
