A public tender for the construction and assembly work of the complex development of the New Arbat area has been announced.
As stated on Monday on the public purchases website, a tender with an initial (maximum) contract price of 2.007 bln roubles has been put out by the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy.
The winner will have to carry out the overhaul and development of two roads, sidewalks and parking lots, set trees and bushes, and repair the buildings’ facades on Molchanovka Street, and Bolshoy Nikolopeskovsky and Trubnikovsky Side Streets.
This work is part of the “My Street” program, aimed at the creation of a favourable urban area for pedestrians and cyclists. On account of this program, 47 Moscow streets were developed in 2015.
70 more streets and highways are scheduled to be restored in 2016.
