The Moscow Department for Competitive Policy has released a statement saying that the authorities of the capital town of Russia put out to tender 28 underground parking lots in the center of Moscow.
The facility is located in the area of Tsvetnoy Boulevard, in vicinity of the famous Circus n.a. Nikulin at the address: Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 13. The bids will be received until August 2016.
According to the statement, the parking area varies from 15,1 to 31,9 sq.m. Initial price of the lots amounts up to 3,6 m roubles.
At present, the bid campaign for 124 more of parking stalls is underway. This object is located in the Central Administrative District of Moscow. Its price totals up to 2,7 bln roubles.
