The authorities of Stavropol, a city located in the North Caucasian Federal District of Russia, are searching for investors to take part in the projects of tunnels construction at the Kislovodsk – Sochi highways.
The project worth is 12 bln roubles ($185 m).
As the regional press office told Construction.RU on Tuesday, the project envisages the construction of highways connecting the cities of Kislovodsk and Sochi was elaborated as far back as 1961.
In accordance with the plan, the highway will pass through Karachaevo-Cherkessia, Krasnodarsk and Stavropol regions.
The road will allow to reduce the travel time along the route of all resorts of the Caucasian Spas, Sochi ski resorts and the Black Sea sites of the neighboring countries.
