The Moscow announced a tender for housing and infrastructure construction in the area of the Filyovsk park for 11,8 bln roubles ($182m).
The tender documentation, published on Friday on the website of public purchases, provides for construction of residential houses with an additional building of a nursery school designed to accommodate 300 children. The document also envisages building of engineering networks, improvement of the territory along the shore of the Moscow River and Filyovsky Boulevard.
Height of the buildings will reach 100 meters, a total area of the apartments will amount to 133,700 sq.m, the nursery school will occupy 6,000 sq.m.
At present, three non-residential brick buildings and rubbish dump are located on the plot of land intended for the construction site.
The contractor is expected to be selected by the 2nd of September.
