JSC “Resorts of the Northern Caucasus” announced a public tender for purchase and sale contract for a real property facility “Arkhyz cottage estate of a hotel type in Lunnaya Polyana tourist village” located in the Russian Northern Caucasian Republic of Karachay-Cherkess.
According to the documents, published on the website of state purchases, the initial price of the contract totals 1,6 bln roubles. It includes all expenses of a contractor on the execution of works, taxes and other payments.
The contract provides for the execution of the full range of works on building the cottage estate, which is designed to accommodate 1,000 tourists. These works include preparation of a concept of construction and exploitation, receiving commissioning permit and putting the facility into operation.
