The Moscow “Civil construction department” (BE) has announced tenders for housing construction conrtactors for 8.4 bln roubles.
As it is announced on the state procurement website, the largest state contracts deal with the constructionof residential houses in Ostankinsky , Krasnoselsky and Fili-Davydkovo districts. Claims for the participation are adopted until November 10th. .
In particular a contractor will have to break down three five-storey houses of the first period of industrial housing construction in Kastanaevskaya street, 44 – 48. In Rusakovskaya street, 2/1, buildings 1,2 two houses of the 1920s will have to be brought down in the Rusakovsky constructivist-s
