About 10 projects of transfer hubs are planned to be put on auction in the first quarter of 2017 in Moscow, a Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban construction policy, Marat Khusnullin, said.
“At present, town planning documentation is being prepared and from the beginning of the next year, we will set to offer new projects to investors. I suppose, that we will put on auction about 10 projects of transfer hubs over the period of the first quarter” informed Marat Khusnullin.
He added that there was a high interest towards such projects both on the part of domestic developer’s companies and on the part of foreign ones.
Marat Khusnullin reminded that a total of 67 metro stations are at a stage of design engineering or under construction.
