The Moscow city authorities put on auction three apartments in the Khamovniki district as a single lot, the press office of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy reports on Thursday.
Starting price of the lot totals 31 million rubles.
The facilities are situated at the address of Bolshoy Afanasyevskyi Pereulok, building 7. A total area of the apartments located in different buildings amounts to 163 square meters. At the same time, two of them have separate entrances. The apartments are located in buildings dated the beginning of 20th century.
Bids are received until the 28th of February, the auction is scheduled for the 3rd of March, 2017.
As a reference, the Khamovniki district contains Pushkin Museum, Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, Novodevichy Convent and memorial cemetery and Luzhniki Stadium.
