In 2017, implementation of the project for improvement of the city’s embankment is launched in Tula, an industrial Russian city located 193 kilometers south of Moscow.
As the head of the region, Alexey Dyumin, told reporters today, at present, the city authorities are looking for an investor to implement this large-scale project.
The project entitled “Tula Embankments” envisages improvement of infrastructure of the city’s central part and is estimated at over 10 billion rubles ($168 million).
In accordance with a concept of the improvement of Tula’s central part, a comprehensive development along the Upa River includes all necessary infrastructure for the citizen’s leisure.
The embankment was divided into an official zone and a leisure one.
