Gorny Vozdukh, a sports and tourist complex, announced a tender for engineering the facilities at a mountain ski resort located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, a city in Sakhalin island, Russia.
According to the company’s press office, the matter concerns the buildings situated on Bolshevik mountain. A three-star hotel, guest homes, a restaurant, cafes and service facilities are planned to be located there.
According to the tender documentation, call for bids will last until the 27th of February. Initial price of the contract totals over 48,6 million rubles. The winner will have to complete the design no later than by the 30th of July this year.
The designing works will be funded from the Sakhalin regional budget, private investors are expected to be attracted to the project as well.
