This spring, Russian Auction House will put up for auction a part of Razumovsky-Popova-Eremeev mansion located on Maroseika Street, 2/15, building 1, in the center of Moscow, RIA Novosti reports on Thursday.
The owner of the premises designed and coordinated the project of a hotel for 25 rooms of a luxury and semi-lux categories. It is also possible to adapt the premises to premium-class apartments, according to the press release.
The second and third floors of the mansion with an area of 623,4 square meters will be put up for auction with a starting price of 235 million roubles. These premises are separate and have two separate outputs from the street and from the yard.
