The Moscow authorities put up for auction the right to lease non-residential premises intended to be used for “Doctor is near” clinic in the Yasenevo district, the press office of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy reported on Monday.
As it is specified in the message, the facility’s realization is carried out within the first in 2017 trading session under the program of preferential rent “Doctor is near”. the site has an area of 187 square meters at the address: Novoyasenevsky Prospekt, 19, korp. 2. The asset is owned by the city.
According to the head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy, Gennady Degtev, the site is located in a residential area, next to schools and kindergartens. The initial annual rental cost of the facility is 1.4 million rubles.
Applications for participation in an open auction are accepted until 21 April this year, the auction is scheduled for April 27.
