Governor Ivan Belozyortsev tasked the members of the Penza regional government to find an investor willing to build a waste recycling plant in the region.
The Governor stressed that the facility should not only sort, but utilize the waste. This statement Ivan Belozyortsev made over the course of a meeting at the regional government’s office on the 3rd of April.
He pointed out that the plant processing solid household waste will turn out to be more expensive, that is why it’s crucial to attract business to the construction of the enterprise.
“It will be built at the expense of an investor,” the Governor said.
Earlier, the delegation of the Penza region headed by Governor Ivan Belozyortsev visited Pohlsche Heide, a factory processing solid household waste in Germany. This enterprise uses a German waste-free technology of biomechanical waste recycling.
