Austrian supermarket network Billa has rented some stores in the A-class “Bykovo” logistics park in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region for a term of 10 years.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the rented territory includes multi-temperature and dry stores. A separate unit of 20,000m2 will be adapted for alcohol storage by the Austrian company.
To remind you, the “Bykovo” logistics park is situated 19km from MRAR on the Novoryazanskoye highway. The total area of the store terminals in the park is 480,000m2. The towns of Zhukovsky, Ramenskoye and Lubertsy are situated nearby.
