Investors from The Czech Republic will construct a powerful plant producing slag wool and sandwich panels for 2 bln rubles.
As the regional press office told Construction.ru, the project has been adopted by a group of Czech investors. A land lot with an area of 5 hectares has been allocated for the construction site on the territory of Ishcherskaya Village on the border with Dagestan. Besides the main buildings, automobile and railway tracks will be laid. All work will be concluded by the end of 2016.
At its peak production capacity, the plant will produce 30 tons of slag wool and 350,000 m of sandwich-panels.
The design documentation is now being developed and the site is being prepared for construction. The project investment is 2 bln rubles.
