The most powerful construction cluster in Russia is planned to be erected in its Republic of Tatarstan, the press office of regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
New cluster will provide an opportunity for its participants to cut production costs, increase construction materials output and reduce self cost of real estate. As the Ministry’s representative stressed, the given cluster would become the largest one on the territory of Russia. The first meeting of its future participants was held today.
Over 30 companies signed an agreement on participation in Tatarstan’s construction cluster. Among them, there are manufacturers and suppliers of construction materials, industrial platforms, technopolises. Suvar Development, an initiator of the cluster’s creation, became an anchor enterprise.
Within the framework of the cluster, the enterprises will elaborate development programs for the next 5-10 years. The residents intend to attract over 2 bln roubles from the federal budget for the project realization.
