Appeal Court of Paris ruled to unlock frozen accounts belonged to a number of Russian unitary enterprises. These are “Kosmicheskaya Svyaz”, “Gaszagransobstvennost” and RAMI RIA Novosti entities, TASS news agency reports citing a director general at International Center for Legal Defense, Andrey Kondakov.

Mr Kondakov pointed out that freezing assets of these Russian companies with regard to Yukos case was originally illegal.

We should remind you that the Arbitration Court in the Hague complied with a suit filed by the former shareholders of Yukos Oil Company,  and ordered Russia to pay $50 billion to the complainants as far back as 2014. After that, the property in France and Belgium, that was considered to be Russian, was seized.
