A large diary production unit designed for 4,600 animals is scheduled to be put in operation in the Tyumen region, Russia, by the end of 2017.
As Construction.RU was told on Wednesday by the press office of the Department for Investment Policy of the Tyumen region, after the facility starts operating at full capacity, the enterprise will become the region’s largest one of a kind and will produce 44,700 tons of milk per year.
The diary unit will occupy a plot of land with an area of 56,6 hectares. Five large cowhouse for the core herd, as well as other premises, will be located at the site.
The implementation of the project is estimated at 5,6 billion rubles.
