An investor will build a tourism and recreation cluster with a hotel on the shore of Avacha Bay in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russian Far East.
The project is estimated at 3 billion rubles ($53 million). As Construction.RU was told by the government’s press office, a tourism and recreation cluster will be located at the industrial site of Freza shipyard in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
Also, investor is planning to build an ecology-friendly hotel on the shore of Avacha Bay.
For the implementation of this large-scale project for 3 billion rubles, the Corporation for Kamchatka Development and the investor have concluded an agreement of intent. After that, the project for the establishment of a tourism and recreation cluster has moved into the implementation phase.
