In 2017, Japan became the main partner of Russia at INNOPROM industrial exhibition scheduled to be held in Yekaterinburg, first Vice Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov said at a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Fumio Kishida.
“I am pleased to see that a Japanese delegation visits Russia, Yekaterinburg, which will host INNOPROM exhibition, and this year our main partner is Japan. About 170 companies from Japan will be presented at Innoprom. I hope that this will be a common Russian-Japanese success”, Mr. Shuvalov noted.
INNOPROM exhibition is to be held in Yekaterinburg from the 10th to the 12th of July. The Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, Hiroshige Seko, plans to visit this exhibition and to meet the Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin and the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.
