Construction of the first in the Tyumen region plant processing potatoes has been launched today in the Uporovsky district.
As Construction.RU was told on Friday by the press office of the regional administration, the facility is designed to process up to 30,000 tons of potatoes per year and produce between 15,000 and 17,000 tons of end products. The plant is expected to release the first production lot by the end of 2018.
Apart from that, the project provides for construction of an additional storage facility in 2019. The products released by the enterprise are planned to be delivered to retail store chains and public nutrition facilities.
