Moscow authorities have announced a tender for the construction and reconstruction of the Pet Zoo, RIA Realty reports with the reference to the Moscow department for competition policy
The winner of the competition will dismantle and then construct a number of objects including a farm building, an exhibition pavilion, an open-air pavilion with alpaca, an aviary, a fountain and a pond. The object to reconstruct is located on the territory of the Moscow Zoo.
The improvement work includes different types of covering (tile, sand, groud rubber covering, etc.), the arrangement of flowerbeds and green lawns, planting frowers and trees.
As it is announced on the state procurement website, bids are accepted until August 7th, the auction will take place on August 17th. The initial cost of the contract is 346m roubles (≈$5.8m).
