Russian citizens will be able to receive loans at a reduced rate for the purchase of factory-made wooden houses, as can be seen from a decree issued by the government of the Russian Federation.
“Loans to individuals for the purchase of factory-made wooden houses from manufacturers will be provided at a reduced rate (5% discount), followed by reimbursement to banks at the expense of the federal budget. The 2018 federal budget provides for provisions in the amount of 197.7 million rubles for the implementation of this mechanism of state support,” the document says.
The decree also notes that the issuance of soft loans for the purchase of wooden houses will stimulate domestic demand for such products and will lead to an increase in the production of factory-made wooden houses.
