Otradnoe sports and recreation center, which will also include an aquazone, retail space, and parking, will be built in northeastern Moscow.
As reported, the Moscow authorities have agreed on all required design documentation of the facility under construction at Otradnaya street, building 8A.
Within the framework of the project, buildings from three to seven floors will be erected. The facility with the capacity of two hundred people will also house locker rooms, halls for practicing pilates, yoga, and dancing, as well as treatment rooms. Aquazone for hydrotherapy is planned to be located on the first floor. In addition, the project envisages shops and a parking space for over 100 cars.
