On the territory of new Moscow, the first private science and technology park, which will develop new materials and laser technologies, is to be built.
As the deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations, Natalya Sergunina, reported at a meeting of the government of Moscow today, tax privileges will be provided if the obligations for investments are fulfilled. And the status of managing organization of the technological park ‘Tekhnopark’ has been offered to the JSC Center of Development of Business.
Currently the science and technology park has three buildings, two of which are fully occupied by residents, the third of which is half-full. The management company plans to build two more buildings in future.
The first private science and technology park in the area of new Moscow will certainly inspire the development of territory located nearby, and will create additional jobs.
