The attraction of private investment may help change the situation in the utilities sphere.
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin spoke about it at the cabinet meeting, where Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Mikhail Menn reported on the attraction of private investment in utilities sphere. The main issue of the meeting was the work with residents’ claims on the quality of utilities services and managing companies' activity. Also private investment attraction was discussed.
