The federal project financing center, a representative office of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in the RF and JSC “China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation” signed an agreement on cooperation in Moscow.
The document is aimed at the arrangement of efficient cooperation between Russia and China in the sphere of infrastructure construction, including the transportation route “Europe – Western China” construction project. The agreement provides strategic partnership arrangement, development and the implementation of PPP principles.
It will also provide for the attraction of private financing and development of financial tools for investment mobilizing and infrastructure development projects implementation.
The parties plan to search for, select, structure and track the implementation of infrastructure projects, including the use of private financial initiative, in the construction of railways and highways, bridges and other artificial road structures, public transportation infrastructure objects, housing construction and tourist infrastructure objects.
