The Indian construction company National Buildings Construction Corporation intends to implement its business projects regarding the construction of economy-class housing in Saint-Petersburg.
As the press office of the Saint Petersburg Legislative Assembly told Construction.ru, this proposal was discussed at a meeting of international issues. The Counsellor of the Chairman of the Saint Petersburg Legislative Assembly, Vataniar Yagya, met with an NBCC delegation. The Indians came to the city to study the local construction market and form a partnership.
Now, according to the Chair of the Board of the corporation, Anup Kumar Nittal, NBSS will implement governmental projects only. Local authorities will allot land and the company will construct houses and thus gain income. Other state authorities will manage the object.
