Nizhny Novgorod authorities are looking for a contractor for the construction of a new road to the airport for 4.2 bln rubles.
As stated in the tender documents published on the state procurement website, the contract includes the reconstruction of Molodezhny Avenue and the construction of a new road to the airport of Nizhny Novgorod in the Avtozavodsky district of the city.
Claims for participation in the tender are being received until December 3rd, and the consideration of claims is to take place on December 7th.
In 2015, 1.65 bln rubles was allotted from the city budget for this purpose, and in 2016, 1.25 bln rubles. In 2017, it will be 1.29 bln rubles. The length of the road will be 7.7 km, 4.2 km of which will be reconstructed and 3.5 km built anew. The number of traffic lanes is to be increased from 2 to 4, each of which will be 3.5 m wide.
